Exhibition Setup

The exhibition setup will take place in the East Crypt.  This is in between Livery Hall and West Crypt where the conference plenaries take place.

 

The setup timings are 06:00 AM – 10:15 AM on Friday 31st March 2023.

 

Please note that registration opens at 09:00 AM and the Session 1 in Livery Hall will begin at 09:15 AM.

 

The setup will need to be finished by 10:15 AM as some of the delegates will come out from the Livery Hall to attend a session in the West Crypt.

Stand Information

The exhibition format is open plan, tabletop style.

Each stand will be provided with a trestle table and 2-chairs.

There will be 13-amp 3-pin plug sockets available for the power supply. There will not be any extensions provided for the power supply.

Loading/Unloading

The nearest loading bay is the Member’s Car Park which will give easy access to the East Crypt for transferring the expo material.

The postcode for accessing the loading bay in the Member’s Car Park is: EC2V 7HH.

It will be signposted just off the Aldermanbury Street. (Please find the map attached to help with the directions to the Member’s Car Park.

 

We would have to supply the venue with the vehicle details in case you need access to the Loading Bay in order to load/unload the expo material.

 

Please provide the following details before Thursday, 23rd March 2023 to conferences@landor.co.uk. Access will be denied if the details are not provided before the mentioned date to the venue.

Car Parking

Please note that there is no parking available on site, but the details about the nearest car parks are mentioned in the attached map.

 

Courier

Please note that the venue will not be able to accommodate any delivery requests for sending them prior to the event date due to no storage facility.

Post Event

The last session will begin at 16:30 in Livery Hall, and we suggest you can start taking the stands down after that.

​
